Not just great food, but also outstanding professional ethics. Just recently I unintentionally left a sum that substantially exceeded the check. Few hours later, after realizing what I had done, I called the restaurant and explained the situation. After counting the register at the end of their shift, staff members verified the surplus, notified me and paid back the extra I claimed. The mistake was all mine and they had absolutely every right to treat this as a legitimate tip, but however decided to be professionals all the way.
