I've been to Dubrovnik 4 times, and it grieves me that I have not found this place earlier. According to me, this is absolutely one of the best if not the best wine bar in Dubrovnik. It's not luxurious and sumptuous, no marble, no gold, no crystal chandeliers. This place is all about the wine, nothing else. The owner (I think) Nikola possesses an incredible knowledge of Croatian wines that he likes to share. Sometimes places like this get a bit snobbish, but not here, you feel welcome from the start with a warm and open welcome. Are you unsure of what to order, ask, ask and ask again. I was here 3 nights during my visit to Dubrovnik, I highly recommend a visit.
Its our first time in Dubrovnik and we werent aware of the wine culture here. However this place opened our eyes to some of the best wines and to top it off some of the finest olive oils. It's not glamorous or posh but what it is a place all about the wine. The people working there have an impeccable taste and great knowledge of their products and are not just trying to sell you any wine.
This is a must for wine lovers. Stunning wine and good food also a lovely host will recommend and will definitely be back. Excellent service
